Track your vehicle schedules: Business and Private periods
Select a Vehicle
Choose a specific vehicle from your fleet to view its schedule.
Schedule Visualization
The page displays a weekly view with each day divided into 2-hour increments (from 00:00 to 24:00).
Business Period: Business use is highlighted in green. This represents working hours, business trips, or any time the vehicle is available for fleet use.
Private Period: Private use is shown in gray. This represents breaks, personal use, or any time the vehicle is not available for fleet requirements. Trips made during this period will not be displayed on the website, even though the data is still collected.
Schedule Management
Use the pen icon to edit the schedule and define private time slots.
For example: You can set private hours from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
Defaults and Permissions: By default, the schedule is set to "Business." Only Administrators can modify the schedule.
Save and View
Click "Save" to confirm your changes to the vehicle's schedule. The updated planning will be reflected on the page.
How to Edit and Define Private Time Slots
Enter Edit Mode: Click the pen icon next to the schedule.
Select Days: Choose the days for which you want to set private time slots.
Multiple Slots: For multiple private slots on the same day, click the "+" icon next to the chosen day.
Set the Time: Use the "From" and "To" fields (clock widget or text format) to define the start and end times. Example: On Monday, you can set private slots from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
Save: Click the "Save" button to confirm your changes.
Modify Existing Slots: Click on a previously defined time slot to edit it. Adjust the times and click "Save."
Delete a Slot: Click the "X" icon next to the time slot you wish to remove, then click "Save" to confirm the deletion.
