Your Fleet at a glance

The dashboard is your one-stop shop for a quick and comprehensive overview of your fleet's performance. It serves as your landing page after logging in and provides key insights and variations for the current period (the last 3 weeks, months, or quarters). This information helps you monitor overall fleet utilization, identify potential areas for improvement, and stay informed about critical alerts and vehicle status.



Fleet Size and Activity

The dashboard displays a breakdown of your fleet size:

  • Total Fleet Size: View the total number of vehicles in your fleet for the selected period.

  • Active and Inactive Vehicles: Quickly identify the number of vehicles currently operational (active) versus those that are unavailable (inactive).

Fleet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

The dashboard prominently displays Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that offer an overview of your fleet's health:

  • Eco-Score: This metric reflects the fuel efficiency and environmental impact of your fleet. A high score indicates better fuel conservation and lower CO2 emissions.

  • Safety Score: This score provides insights into the overall safety performance of your drivers. A high score indicates safer driving habits within your fleet.

  • Over-speeding Score: This metric tracks how often your vehicles exceed speed limits. A high score indicates compliance with speed regulations.

  • Daily Driving Time: Get an overview of the total daily driving time for your fleet during the selected period.

Fuel Efficiency and Consumption

  • Fuel Consumption: Monitor your fleet's average fuel efficiency.

  • Total Fuel Consumption: Track the total amount of fuel consumed by your fleet during the selected period.

  • Total CO2 Emissions: Monitor the total CO2 emissions generated by your fleet's fuel consumption.

Trip Overview

The dashboard also provides a summary of your fleet's trips for the selected period:

  • Business Trips: View the number of trips made for professional purposes (excluding private trips).

  • Total Trips: View the total number of trips made by your fleet's vehicles.
